Welcome to my Happy go cooking blog.


I am a freshmen at a culinary school in Aarhus, Denmark.
this blog will be a represintation of my work in the school, and my passion for food.

Day 1:
form day one, we experience the pressure of a dinnerparty in the kitchen,
as we had to days to prepare a lovely "Welcome to the school" buffet for our selves and peers

Bread: freshly garnished with garlic-butter and basil

Basil,
oregano,
Nastrurtium flower,
roomtemperatur butter,
salt,
pepper,
Garlic,



Salmon veggie pate
served with cucumber rulls filled with salmen past and homemade rug-biscuit
garnished with shrimp, and salat leave.
