At home having fun:

unsweetened pie crust
made with, strawberries
blue berries, Raspberries.







Quick Lunch
Toasted cranberry rug-bread, served with grilled eggplant and mozzarella, tomato salad garnished with fresh basil,  splashed with olive olie and balsamic. salt pepper
Quick Breakfast:

pouched egg, served sauteied onion mushroom,
all on top of toasted Classic danish rugbread  

Soup of the day:
i've been sick so i found what i had in the fridge and whipped up a nice healing soup ;)  
 ingrediens:
5 carrots
9 potatoes
2 onions
5 big cloves Garlic
salt
pepper

served with garlic bred, a splash of olive olie and  a sprinkle of paprika  
Sunny Sunday Breakfast Time:
baked beans
served with eggs in a basket, and a small salad open sandwich; tomato, with brie, on top of a thin sliced chorizo sausage and lettues.

I am a freshmen at a culinary school in Aarhus, Denmark.

Day 1:
form day one, we experience the pressure of a dinnerparty in the kitchen,
as we had to days to prepare a lovely "Welcome to the school" buffet for our selves and peers

Bread: freshly garnished with garlic-butter and basil

Salmon veggie pate
served with cucumber rulls filled with salmen past and homemade rug-biscuit
garnished with shrimp, and salat leave.
